10 Things I should start doing to become the best version of myself.

1.) Stop Paying Attention to someone's level of Attitude

Not everyone deserves my energy, Protect your inner peace at all cost.

2.) Set boundaries

In order to protect your inner peace you need to set boundaries. Not everyone is accessible in our lives, and saying yes to everything takes a toll. Yes, sometimes is Hard to say NO, but at the end of the day, we are the ones who suffer silently.

3.) Stop Self - Blame

Let go of self-blame so you can move forward and embrace the brighter side of life. I know I've made mistakes and wrong decisions along the way, but that's part of being human. What matters is that I'm learning and growing. Experience is the best Teacher, and every step-right wrong- brings me closer to who I'm meant to become.

4.) Don't be afraid to try something new

I Hope this becomes my mantra this year: I want to step out of my comfort zone and grow.

5.) Stop Procrastinating

Delaying things holds you back and makes you lose sight of your goals. If you can take action today,  don't wait for tomorrow.

6.) Focus

To become the best version of myself, I'm choosing focus, clarity, and goals that push me forward.

7.) Forgiveness

I Forgive myself for the choices that weren't right for me and the people who didn't support me in the first place.

8.) Move Silently

Keep your goals quiet until you achieve them. Psychology shows that sharing your plans too soon can reduce your motivation. Let your growth be like a flower - slow, steady, and beautiful.

9.) Self Love

To move forward, you must learn to love and accept who you are. Prioritize yourself first - nourish your mind, strengthen your body, and care for your emotional well-being.

10.) Grateful

I’m grateful for my family and pets, who are a source of inspiration for me to go further in life; for having a house with a roof over my head, food on the table, a healthy mind to think clearly, and a body that keeps me moving and able to do whatever I want. Of course, I’m also grateful for the opportunity every day to live, love, and laugh.

Gratitude lets you see what you have and the opportunities you've been given. Everyone has their own unique strengths - some already recognize them, while others are still discovering theirs.
