10 Things I should start doing to become the best version of myself.
Not everyone deserves my energy, Protect your inner peace at all cost.
2.) Set boundaries
In order to protect your inner peace you need to set boundaries. Not everyone is accessible in our lives, and saying yes to everything takes a toll. Yes, sometimes is Hard to say NO, but at the end of the day, we are the ones who suffer silently.
3.) Stop Self - Blame
Let go of self-blame so you can move forward and embrace the brighter side of life. I know I've made mistakes and wrong decisions along the way, but that's part of being human. What matters is that I'm learning and growing. Experience is the best Teacher, and every step-right wrong- brings me closer to who I'm meant to become.

8.) Move Silently
Keep your goals quiet until you achieve them. Psychology shows that sharing your plans too soon can reduce your motivation. Let your growth be like a flower - slow, steady, and beautiful.
To move forward, you must learn to love and accept who you are. Prioritize yourself first - nourish your mind, strengthen your body, and care for your emotional well-being.
10.) Grateful
Gratitude lets you see what you have and the opportunities you've been given. Everyone has their own unique strengths - some already recognize them, while others are still discovering theirs.
